Custom Foam Inserts For Tool and Equipment Storage

Custom foam inserts are a great way to keep your tool drawer organized and helps keep track of when anything is missing which is great for a tool cage or equipment checkout. It also keeps delicate equipment safe in transport and in storage, conforming to the exact shape of each individual tool so there is no wiggle-waggle, fiddle-faddle or effin and jeffin:)

The foam we usually use is polyethylene which cuts well on the laser, we can cut other type of foam as well as long as they do not contain polyurethane which makes hydrogen cyanide when burned. EVA foam can also be used which generally comes in two densities, L200 (less dense) and L400 (more dense).

When the shape of the object changes from top to bottom like a sphere, we can cut thinner layers in different profiles to conform closer to the surface of the object and get better fitment.
