Laser Cut Stickers and Decals

Laser cutting sheets of stickers can really make your custom designs pop, especially with an intricate outline. You can move away from the standard rectangular or round outlines to a totally custom shape for each design. For registered designs when you need to get the laser cut to align with a preprinted sheet, first we recommend getting the sticker sheets printed as accurately as possible and then trimming the sheet to registration marks that we would use to align the sheet in the correct location on the table. The second important thing to do when cutting registered sheets is to the leave some bleed around the design so that if the printing is a little bit off it will not be as noticeable than if the cut was supposed to fall on the exact outline of the design.
