Lasers are great for cutting through material for many reasons: unlike almost any other technique, lasers apply nearly zero force to the material while cutting which allows you to make extremely intricate cuts that would normally be too fragile to come through in one piece.

They are also great in terms of precision and reproducibility, that each piece will be identical to every other piece in a production run, that they will be interchangeable with each other because of this which is usually the case with machined parts. We can also produce more of a artisinal product as well if that is closer to your requirements 🙂

Our machines are custom-built laser cutters with extremely robust components that are capable of cutting up to 3/4″ thick materials all day long.
